When I click on my test to begin, nothing happens. What's wrong?
There are several reasons that this may happen. The first thing to do is check to see if you have a pop-up blocker running, as our tests open into a new browser window.

Another reason a test may not open is because it has been locked by the administrator. If this is the case, you would need to contact your administrator to request that the test be unlocked.

Additionally, if you have already completed your test, you may not be able to access it again depending on the settings for that particular exam. You should be able to view a score report though, which may include links to review test questions, again depending on the settings for that particular exam. ^ top
How do I change my username and/or password?
After logging into your account, please click on the User Details tab to change username or password. Any new username will be compared against existing account names to prevent duplicates. ^ top
